Analysis of selected personnel activities in professional baseball club

Abstract:

Teoretická a praktická část tvoří dva základní kameny této v práce. V části teoretické je obsažena všeobecná teorie řízení společnosti. V podobě řízení lidských zdrojů podniku, motivování pracovníku, jejich hodnocení, nabíraní, vztahy na pracovišti a celkové fungování managementu. Část praktická se věnuje analyzování vybraných personálních pozic v zahraničních baseballových klubech. Praktická část začíná úvodem do baseballových pravidel a sblížení s tímto sportem. Poté následuje rozbor tří zahraničních států Německa, Spojených státu amerických a Japonska. Je srovnáván chod klubů v těchto státech a v ČR. Každá část analýzy jednotlivých států má svůj úvod a přiblížení situace v zemi. Dále popis fungování klubu, ve kterém autor hrával, a celkový souhrn pro danou zemi, kde je srovnáváno reálné fungování klubu s teoretickými poznatky. Cílem práce je zjistit, proč baseballové kluby v České republice nefungují stejně jako v zahraničí a jaké jsou rozdíli v personálních činnostech. Po srovnání jednotlivých zemí je žrejmé, že jsou rozdíly obrovské.

Abstract:

The theoretical and practical part consists two headstones in this work. In the theoretical part is contained general theory of management. As a human resource management company, motivating employees, their evaluation, recruitment, workplace relations and overall management performance. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of selected personnel activites in foreign baseball clubs. The practical part starts with an introduction to baseball rules and rapprochement with the sport. This is followed by an analysis of three foreign countries Germany, the U.S. and Japan. These states are compared in running the club in their countries and in the Czech Republic. Each part of the analysis of individual state has its preview and approach to the situation in the country. Further description of the functioning of the club, in which the author had played and total summary for the current country, where it compares the current situation of practical part with the theoretical part. The goal of this project is to find out why baseball clubs in the Czech Republic do not work as well as abroad and what are the differences in personal activities. After comparing individual countries, it is clear that the differences are huge.
