The Analysis of the Company's Costing System and its Use in the Cost Management

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou kalkulačního systému podniku a jeho využitím při řízení nákladů. Účelem diplomové práce je odhalit nedostatky kalkulačního systému v konkrétní stavební firmě a následně navrhnout vhodná doporučení vedoucí k jejich odstranění. V úvodní části jsou vymezeny teoretické aspekty problematiky účetních subsystémů, nákladů a kalkulací se zaměřením na specifika ve stavebnictví. Na teoretickou část diplomové práce navazuje její praktická část. V této části je nejprve představena společnost a specifika stavebního odvětví a poté je provedena analýza nákladů a kalkulačního systému podniku. Výsledkem diplomové práce je autorův návrh na odstranění zjištěných nedostatků kalkulačního systému podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis concerns an analysis of a construction company's costing system and its use in a cost management. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to detect weak points in the costing system in a specific building company and then to propose appropriate recommendations for the elimination of the detected weak points. In the introductory part, there are defined theoretical aspects of the management and financial accounting, costs and calculation. The focus is put on the specifics of the construction industry. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, in which the particular construction company and the specifics of the construction industry are firstly introduced. Subsequently, there is the analysis of the costs and the costing system of the company. The result of the diploma thesis is the author's proposal for the eradication of the weak points of the company's costing system.
