Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem implementace metody Balanced Scorecard jako strategického nástroje řízení výkonnosti do stavební společnosti. K danému tématu byla zpracována literární rešerše zaměřená na problematiku měření výkonnosti podniku, strategickou analýzu a metodu Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část řeší samotnou aplikaci zjištěných poznatků do vybrané společnosti. Tato společnost byla představena, rozebráno její vnější a vnitřní prostředí včetně finanční analýzy. Dále na základě zjištěných skutečností byl vypracován návrh implementace konceptu s využitím ekonomické přidané hodnoty, kdy navržené řešení vymezuje i případná rizika a náklady projektu. Přínosem této práce je možnost zvýšit výkonnost podniku a tím dosáhnout růstu jeho hodnoty.

Abstract:

The Master thesis deals with the project of the Balanced Scorecard implementation as a strategic tool of performance management in a construction company. The literature review summarized the given topic focused on the issue of measuring company performance, strategic analysis and the Balanced Scorecard concept. The practical part deals with the application of the discovered findings to the selected company. In this part, the company was introduced first, then its external and internal environment was analyzed and the financial analysis was performed. Furthermore, based on the findings a proposal related to the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept using economic added value was elaborated. The proposed solution also defines the potential risks and costs of the project. The benefit of this thesis is the opportunity to increase the performance of the company and thus achieve growth in its value.
