Building Process of the Convent Rosa Coeli in Dolní Kounice on Historical Background
Abstract:
V práci jsou vylíčeny dějiny premonstrátského kláštera Rosa Coeli v Dolních Kounicích od jeho založení v roce 1181 až po jeho osudy po zániku v první polovině 16. století. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na architektonický popis stavby, její stavební vývoj (původně románská stavba byla přestavěna ve 14. století na gotickou) a její sochařské fragmenty.
Abstract:
In this essay is described the history of the convent Rosa Coeli in Dolní Kounice from its foundation in 12th century till its history after its doom in first half of 16th century. Especial interest is taking in a description of the edifice, its building process (primary Romanesque convent was rebuilt into Gothic in 14th century) and its sculpture.
