Abstract:

Spamová problematika je v práci rozebírána na více úrovních. Je zde probírána stránka vzniku (historie) spamu, dále důvody pro tvorbu a šíření spamu. Aktuální spamová scéna, statistické informace o šíření spamu v Internetu. Čtenář je obeznámen se základními technickými termíny. Je seznámen s technikami obrany ať uţ preventivního, pasivního či aktivního charakteru. Vybrané techniky obrany jsou podrobeny praktické zkoušce. Jsou představeny klady a zápory jednotlivých technik. Část práce je zaměřena na zákony dotýkající se této problematiky jak v České republice, tak v rámci Evropské Unie. Závěrem práce je jednoduchá statistika o informovanosti široké veřejnosti o této problematice.

Abstract:

Spam issue is discussed on multiple levels in this work. It describes the history of spamming as well as the reasons for creating and distributing spam. Current Spam scene, statistical information about spreading spam on the Internet. The reader is familiarized with basic technical terms and also with the defense techniques, whether preventive, passive or active nature. Selected defense techniques are subjected to practical testing and the pros and cons of each technique are presented. Part of this work is focused on the laws regarding this issue, both in the Czech Republic and the European Union. In conclusion there are simple statistics on awareness of this issue among the general public.
