Economy of autonomous regions - comparing the budget of a small and medium-sized city

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozpočet a porovnání dat dvou měst. Práce je dělena do dvou hlavních částí, teoretickou a praktickou. Na konci je rozhovor s místostarostou města Louny a se starostou města Postoloprty. Teoretická část vysvětluje, co je to veřejná správa, co je to rozpočet, právní postavení obcí a další. Praktická část představuje dvě města, Louny a Postoloprty. V praktické části jsou představeny rozpočty obou měst. Zde jsou ukázány jednotlivé položky rozpočtů. Dále jsou zde grafy, které ukazují poměr jednotlivých položek. Poslední kapitola praktické části je závěrečný účet obou měst z roku 2019. Zde jsou porovnány základní položky rozpočtu. Na konci práce je již zmíněný rozhovor.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the budget and comparing data of two cities. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. At the end there is an interview with deputy mayor of Louny and mayor of Postoloprty. Theoretical part explains what the administration is, what the budget is, legal status of municipalities etc. In the practical part there is an introduction of two cities, Louny and Postoloprty. The practical part shows a budget of both cities. There are shown individual items of the budget. There are graphs that show the ratio of the individual items. The last chapter in the practical part is about the account closing 2019. There are compared general items of the budget. At the end of this thesis there is an interview
