Logistic systems in purchasing, supply and storage

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá velice významným oborem v oblasti podnikání, a tím je logistika. Součástí první části práce je rozdělení logistických systémů a jejich charakteristika. Velký důraz se zde klade na problematiku důležitosti logistiky. V druhé části se tato práce věnuje zkoumáním logistického oddělení ve zvoleném podniku a aplikováním teorie do praxe. Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumání logistických systémů v podniku a v případě zjištění nedostatku, navržení správného řešení.

Abstract:

This bachelor work deals with a very important branch of the business, it´s logistics. Staple of the first part this work is a separation of logistics system and their characteristics. A big emphasis put here on the issue of the importance of logistics. The second part of this work deals with the examination of the logistics department of the chosen company and applying theory to the practice. The goal of the work is to explore the logistics systems in the company and in case of find out any shortage suggest a right solution for this company.
