Current trends authentication of users and the possibility of identity theft
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the threat of social engineering. It discusses the different types of social engineering, which can be used in the attacks, it deals with examples of possible attacks of social engineers and describes scenarios of attacks. The result is a demonstration of the vulnerability of any system using direct or indirect attack.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá hrozbou sociálneho inžinierstva. Rozoberá jednotlivé druhy sociálneho inžinierstva, ktoré môžu byť použité pri útokoch, zaoberá sa príkladmi možných útokov sociálnych inžinierov a opisuje scenár útokov. Výsledkom práce je poukázanie na zraniteľnosť akéhokoľvek systému s použitím priameho, alebo nepriameho útoku.
