Rigorózní práce „Ochrana spotřebitele při koupi spotřebního zboží“ obsahuje analýzu české a německé právní úpravy prodeje zboží v obchodě a srovnání obou těchto právních úprav. This doctoral thesis, titled “Consumer protection in purchasing consumer goods”, contains a commentary of Czech and German statutory regulations on the sale of consumer goods as well as a comparison of both regulations.
