Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou členství v EU. Proto jsou v práci nejprve stručně rozebrány pojmy Evropská unie, její vývoj a historie rozšiřování. Dále jsou popsány podmínky členství v EU a řízení o přistoupení k této mezinárodní organizaci. Třetí část se zabývá právy a povinnostmi členských států a EU, i výjimkami z tohoto rovnocenného obsahu. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of EU membership. Therefore, the work briefly discussed the concepts of the European Union, its development and enlargement history. Next, the EU membership conditions and accession procedure are described.
