The thermal stability of films prepared by PE-CVD
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je určit teplotní stabilitu vrstev vytvořených metodou PE-CVD, v rozmezí 25C-1000C, pomocí termodesorpční spektrometrie. Vrstvy byly zahřívány v elektrické laboratorní peci (konstantní zahřívací rychlostí) a plyn desorpující z povrchu byl analyzován kvadrupólovým hmotnostním spektrometrem, kde lze nastavit hmoty, které chceme detekovat. Abstract:
The thermal stability was studied at series of films. Films were prepared by method PE-CVD. The thermal stability of samples was studied by means of thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS) in the range (25-1000)C.
