Abstract:

Disertační práce Metoda opakované distrakce ve srovnávací studii současných a perspektivních vnitřních fixátorů při ošetření patologické torakolumbální páteře podává ucelený souhrn poznatků o léčbě dětských pacientů se skoliózou s cíleným zaměřením na operační léčbu metodou opakované distrakce bez fúze. V klinické části hodnotí přínos i nedostatky této metody a navrhuje jejich řešení. V experimentální části rozebírá příčinu zlomenin distraktorů a postupného tuhnutí páteře při redistrakcích.

Abstract:

The defend doctoral thesis A comparative study of current and perspective corrective inner-fixation devices for thoraco-lumbar spine involves the summarizing of the current knowledge about the treating the early onset scoliosis with the aim pointed to fusionless repetitive spine distraction. In the clinical part it evalues acquisitions and imperfections of the technique and recommendes the solution. In the experimental part it finds the reason of the growing rod breaking and the progressive spine rigidity by intermittent spine distraction.
