Tato diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část se zabývá strukturním polymorfismem, sekvence c-kit1 z promotorové oblasti lidského protoonkogenu c-kit. Cílem této části bylo ustanovit vztah mezi aktivitou promotorové oblasti protoonkogenu c-kit a jejích strukturních vlastností. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part addresses structural polymophism of c-kit1 sequence from promoter region of human protooncogene c-kit. The aim of this part is to determine relationship between activity of promoter region of protooncogene c-kit and its structural features.
