Bakalářská práce se zabývá výkonností podniku a jejím vlivem na systém odměňování zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmů výkonnosti podniku a systému odměňování z pohledu jeho řízení a strategie. The bachelor thesis deals with company’s performance and its impact on an employee remuneration system. The theoretical part provides definitions of the company’s performance and their remuneration system in terms of its management and strategy.
