Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá změnou velikosti fúzních rezerv ovlivněnou korekcí směrového typu heteroforie. V teoretické části této práce se blíže seznámíme s pojmy heteroforie a fúzní rezervy, které jsou stěžejními termíny celé diplomové práce. První podkapitola se věnuje binokulárnímu vidění, jeho vývoji, dále pak složkám a stupňům jednoduchého binokulárního vidění a závěrem této podkapitoly také patologii binokulárního vidění. Druhá podkapitola je již věnována samotným heteroforiím, kde je popsáno jejich rozdělení, typy, metody vyšetření a v neposlední řadě také možnosti korekce heteroforií. Třetí podkapitola se zabývá problematikou fixační disparity, která s heteroforiemi úzce souvisí. Závěrečná čtvrtá podkapitola teoretické části práce pojednává o fúzních rezervách a detailněji se zabývá jejich rozdělením, vyšetřením a metodami měření fúzních rezerv. Výzkumná část této diplomové práce se poté týká samotného výzkumu srovnávajícího rozsahy fúzních rezerv před korekcí a po korekci heteroforií. Dále se snaží potvrdit známé vztahy mezi směrovým typem heteroforie do dálky a změnou velikosti fúzních rezerv do dálky po vykorigování dané odchylky.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with the change in the size of fusion reserves influenced by the correction of the directional type of heterophoria. In the theoretical part of this thesis, we will learn more about the terms heterophoria and fusion reserves which are the main terms of the whole thesis. The first subchapter deals with binocular vision, its development and then with the components and stages of simple binocular vision, finally this subchapter also the pathology of binocular vision. The second subchapter is devoted to heterophoria itself which describes their distribution, types, methods of examination and last but not least also the possibilities of correction of heterophoria. The third subchapter deals with fixation disparity which is closely related to heterophoria. The final fourth subchapter of the theoretical part deals with fusion reserves and deals in more detail with their division, examination and methods of measuring fusion reserves. The research part of this thesis then deals with the research comparing the extent of fusion reserves before correction and after correction of heterophoria. It also tries to confirm the known relationships between the directional type of heterophoria into the distance and the change in the size of fusion reserves into the distance after correcting the deviation.
