This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on interpretation of legal issues related to enactment of the state property management. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na výklad právnej problematiky spojený s úpravou hospodárenia s majetkom štátu. Základom je rozbor dvoch zákonov, a to zákona č. 219/2000 Sb., o majetku Českej republiky a jej vystupovaniu v právnych vzťahoch v znení neskorších predpisov, a zákona Slovenskej republiky č. 278/1993 Z. z., o správe majetku štátu v znení neskorších predpisov.
