Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá identifikačnými znakmi právnických osôb, ktoré slúžia na rozlišovanie konkrétnych právnických osôb od iných konkrétnych osôb. Práca rozoberá jednotlivé znaky, ich vlastnosti, využitie, ochranu a poňatie právnym poriadkom z pohľadu širokej škály odbornej literatúry ako aj judikatúry a to českej i európskej.
