Abstract:
The author of this thesis is concerned with the analyses of the basic logistic flows in the company Gas Control Equipment. She analyze the distribution channel between GCE, s.r.o. and European Distribution Centre, indirect and direct distribution with the aim of the locating the bottlenecks which have the influence on the customers satisfaction in the final stage.
