Cieľom našej práce je vysvetliť a objasniť podmienky pri ktorých je možné okamžite skončiť pracovný pomer. V prvej časti sme sa venovali jednotlivým formám skončenia pracovného pomeru. V druhej časti sme rozobrali okamžité skončenie pracovného pomeru, jeho definíciu lehoty, podmienky.
