Corporate controlling - management tool

Abstract:

The aim of this final Thesis is to characterize the cost controlling as an effective instrument of corporate governance, highlighting its possible application in a particular company. The Thesis is divided into three chapters. It contains 6 figures, 21 tables and 16 graphs. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical aspects of controlling as a management tool. The second part of this Thesis is dedicated to an analysis of costs of corporate Elektrovod Žilina, a. s. needed for the application of cost controlling in this company. The final chapter deals with the evaluation results of cost analysis and concrete proposals, solutions and ways to reduce company costs. The solutions of solving problem are specific solutions for production and personal consumption.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je charakterizovať nákladový controlling ako účinný nástroj riadenia podniku a poukázať na jeho možnosti uplatnenia v konkrétnom podniku. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Obsahuje 6 obrázkov, 21 tabuliek a 16 grafov. Prvá kapitola je venovaná teoretickým aspektom controllingu ako nástroja riadenia. V druhej časti diplomovej práce je vykonaná analýza nákladov spoločnosti Elektrovod Žilina, a. s. potrebná na uplatnenie nákladového controllingu v tejto spoločnosti. Záverečná kapitola sa zaoberá vyhodnotením výsledkov analýzy nákladov a konkrétnymi návrhmi, riešeniami a možnosťami znižovania nákladov spoločnosti. Výsledkom riešenia danej problematiky sú konkrétne riešenia v oblasti výrobnej a osobnej spotreby.
