Abstract:
Cílem bylo připravit alginátové mikročástice metodou vnější iontové gelace (pomocí Ca2+, Cu2+ a Zn2+ iontů) a jejich hodnocení z hlediska možného použití pro léčbu běžných vaginálních infekcí. Antimikrobiální účinek je dán Cu2+, Zn2+ ionty a povidonem jodovaným. Kromě antimikrobiálních vlastností byly hodnoceny základní technologické parametry. Abstract:
The aim was to prepare the alginate microbeads by external ionic gelation (using Ca2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ ions) and their evaluation in terms of possible use for the treatment of common vaginal infections. In addition to antimicrobial activity (given by Cu2+ and Zn2+ ions and povidone-iodine), basic technical parameters were evaluated.
