Diplomová práce se zaměří na využití nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a regionálních individuálních projektů v okrese Karviná v letech 2016-2020. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit využití těchto nástrojů a navrhnout opatření pro jejich efektivnější využití ve zkoumaném území, případně doporučit legislativní změny v právní úpravě této problematiky. This Diploma Thesis will focus to usage of tool for active employment policy and regional project in Karvina district during the years 2016-2020. Target is to evaluate usage of those tools and suggest measures that will be more effective in using in selected and examined area, also recommend legislative changes in this problematic eventually.
