Mapping the Use of Perennials in the Creation of Floral Vegetation Elements in the Urban Area of Town Settlements

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití trvalek při tvorbě vegetačních květinových prvků v městském prostředí. V literární rešerši jsou nejdříve popsány důležité pojmy pro bakalářskou práci, dále se práce zabývá městskou zelení jako celkem, popsány jsou i nástroje pro hodnocení městské zeleně a následně postavení květinových záhonů v rámci městské zeleně. V další části se práce věnuje problematice současné tvorby v oblasti trvalkových výsadeb. Praktická část bakalářské práce je založena na terénním šetření. Práce se zabývá trvalkovými výsadbami na území městských částí Holešovice a Vysočany, v hlavním městě Praze. Cílem terénního šetření bylo zmapování a zaznamenání všech vegetačních prvků, které se nacházejí na vybraných plochách zeleně. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit procentuální zastoupení trvalek v porovnání s ostatními plošnými vegetačními prvky. U jednotlivých trvalkových záhonů byl vyhodnocen aktuální stav a ze zjištěných údajů bylo vyhodnoceno doporučení do praxe.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the use of perennials in the creation of vegetative floral elements in the urban environment. In the literary recherche, important terms for the bachelor thesis are described, the thesis also deals with urban greenery as a whole, also tools for evaluating urban greenery and the position of flower beds within urban greenery are described. In the next part, the thesis covers the issue of current creation in the field of perennial plantings. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on field research, The thesis deals with perennial plantings in the city districts Holešovice and Vysočany, in the capital city, Prague. The aim of the field survey was to map and record all vegetation elements that are located on selected areas of greenery. The partial goal was to determine the percentage of perennials in comparison with other area vegetation elements. The current condition of individual perennial beds was evaluated and recommendations for practice were evaluated from the obtained data.
