Bakalářská práce se zabývá učiteli mateřských škol na začátku své profesní kariéry. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat profesní začátky učitelů mateřských škol. Teoretická část práce sumarizuje poznatky o specifikaci učitele, učitele mateřské školy a jeho práci a začínajícím učiteli. Popisuje profesní dráhy učitelů. The bachelor's thesis deals with kindergarten teachers at the beginning of their professional careers. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the career beginnings of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge of the teacher, the kindergarten teacher as well as the novice teacher. It describes the career paths of teachers.
