In my thesis I analyze chosen private and public legal aspects of assisted reproduction in connection with personal status of its participants from the perspective of private law. Cieľom mojej práce je analyzovať vybrané súkromnoprávne a verejnoprávne aspekty asistovanej reprodukcie v nadväznosti na osobný stav zúčastnených osôb z pohľadu súkromného práva a zhodnotiť, či štát pri ich regulácii sledoval legitímny cieľ za použitia primeraných prostriedkov.
