Strategy proposal for the selected purchasing market of the company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákupního procesu na vybraném nákupním trhu podniku. První kapitola se věnuje charakteristice nákupu, vymezení jeho cílů, nákupnímu procesu a jeho fázím, standardizaci a také nákupnímu informačnímu systému. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretický popis dodavatelů, jejich analýzu a hodnocení a popis dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů. Následující kapitola je využita k představení společnosti PEŠEK Machinery, s.r.o. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována analýze nákupu firmy a nákupního trhu výpalků. Je zde popsán nákupní proces firmy na tomto vybraném nákupním trhu. Jsou zde také představeni nejvýznamnější dodavatelé firmy. V závěru této kapitoly je vyhodnocen současný stav nákupu podniku. Na základě tohoto hodnocení jsou v závěrečné kapitole navržena možná řešení pro zefektivnění nákupního procesu podniku na zvoleném nákupním trhu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of the purchasing process on the selected purchasing market of the company. The first chapter is devoted to the characteristics of purchasing, the definition of its goals, the purchasing process and its phases, standardization and also the purchasing information system. The second chapter is focused on the theoretical description of suppliers, their analysis and evaluation, and the description of supply chain relationships. The following chapter is used to introduce the company PEŠEK Machinery. The fourth chapter is devoted to the analysis of the purchase of the company and the purchase market of metal burn parts. The purchasing process of the company in this selected purchasing market is described here. The company's most important suppliers are also presented here. At the end of this chapter, the current status of the purchase of the company is evaluated. Based on this assessment, the final chapter proposes possible solutions for improvement of the company's purchasing process on the selected purchasing market.
