The Project of Transferig a Private Dental Clinic to a New Owner

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řešení problematiky ukončení stávajícího provozu soukromé stomatologické ambulance a možných způsobů jejího převedení na nového majitele včetně výběru optimální varianty s cílem zajištění návaznosti poskytovaných služeb v regionu. Zvolený problém byl řešen na základě analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku s ohledem na aspekty ovlivňující převod ambulance na nového majitele. V práci bylo navrženo řešení umožňující převedení vybrané ambulance na nového majitele včetně stanovení hodnoty ordinace pro účely prodeje. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je možné navrhnout optimální řešení převodu vybrané ambulance.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on the solution of the termination of current operation of a private dental ambulance and the possible ways of its transfer to a new owner, including a selection of an optimal variant in order to ensure the continuity of provided services in the region. The chosen problem was dealt based on the analysis of an internal and external environment of a company with regard to aspects influencing the transfer of an ambulance on a new owner. In the master thesis, there was suggested a solution enabling a transfer of a chosen ambulance on a new owner including the value determination of a surgery for the selling purposes. Based on the established facts it is possible to propose an optimal solution of a transfer of the chosen ambulance.
