Non-traditional fruit distillates

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem netradiční ovocné destiláty. Zpracovává historii destilátů ve světě i u nás. Dále je zde popsán proces výroby ovocných destilátů, krok po kroku přes přípravu ovoce, kvašení až k destilaci a následnému skladování. Následuje podrobné seznámení s druhy netradičních ovocných destilátů podrobně popsanou jejich výrobou, jaké suroviny se využívají a také přehled cen těch to destilátů na internetu. Na závěr jsou popsány nejčastější vady u ovocných destilátů a legislativní požadavky na výrobu a prodej destilátů. Součástí práce je průzkum prodeje netradičních ovocných destilátů oproti tradičním v potravinových řetězcích.

Abstract:

The work deals with the topic of non-traditional fruit distillates. It processes the history of distillates in the world and in our country. Furthermore, the process of production of fruit distillates is described here, step by step through the preparation of fruit, fermentation to distillation and subsequent storage. The following is a detailed acquaintance with the types of non-traditional fruit distillates, a detailed description of their production, what raw materials are used and also an overview of the prices of these distillates on the Internet. Finally, the most common defects in fruit distillates and legislative requirements for the production and sale of distillates are described. Part of the work is a survey of sales of non-traditional fruit distillates compared to traditional in food chains.
