Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením mechanické aktivity spontánně tlukoucích kardiomyocytů pomocí piezosenzoru. Kardiomyocty představují vynikající in vitro nástroj pro studium funkce lidského kardiomyocytu a pro posouzení kardiotoxicity různých farmakologických a chemických látek. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the measuring of the mechanical activity of spontaneously beating cardiomyocytes using a piezosensor. Cardiomyocytes represent an excellent in vitro tool for studying the function of a human cardiomyocyte and for assessing the cardiotoxicity of various pharmacological and chemical substances.
