Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh na zavedení motivačního systému vybraného podniku. Jejím cílem je na základě výsledků analýz zvolit ty nejvhodnější metody a způsoby, které zabezpečí maximální motivaci pracovníků.

The subject matter of this bachelor’s thesis is a strategic analysis of a selected company.
