Analýza využití konceptu greencare v kontextu zotavení (recovery) pro lidi s duševním onemocněním

Abstract:

Práce zkoumá možnosti využití konceptu greencare v kontextu modelu zotavení osob s duševním onemocněním v České republice. Práce poskytuje teoretický rámec projektu sociální farmy a zkoumá přínosy greencare pro zlepšení duševní pohody a zotavení. V práci jsou analyzovány základní pojmy v problematice duševního onemocnění, systém péče o lidi s duševním onemocněním a klíčové dokumenty vedoucí k reformě psychiatrické péče. Dále se práce zaměřuje na koncept greencare, jeho využití v současné koncepci a systému prostřednictvím zahradní terapie a terapie asistované zvířaty. Příklady mezinárodní praxe a výzkumy založené na důkazech, ukazují přínosy pro danou cílovou skupinu v kontextu sociálního zemědělství, které tyto dvě terapie pojí. Výsledky nejen sociálních farem ukazují, že greencare a sociální zemědělství může hrát významnou roli v procesu zotavování lidí s duševním onemocněním, a to ve všech jeho fázích.

Abstract:

The paper explores the possibilities of the greencare concept in the context of the recovery model for people with mental health illnesses in the Czech Republic. The graduate thesis provides a theoretical framework for the social farm project and explores the benefits of greencare for improving mental well-being and recovery. The thesis analyses key concepts in dealing with mental health illnesses, the system of care for people with mental illness and key strategic documents leading to the reform of mental health care. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the concept of greencare, its use in the current concept and system through horticulture therapy and animal-assisted therapy. Examples of international practice show the main evidence-based benefits for the target group in the context of social farming, which links these therapies. The results show that greencare and care farming can play a significant role in the recovery process of people with mental health illness, at all stages of recovery.
