Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na průběh trestního řízení ve všech jeho stádiích a na subjekty, které do trestního řízení vstupují. Těmto subjektům jsou přiznávána práva a ukládány povinnosti a hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit výčet nejvýznamnějších z nich. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the course of criminal proceedings including all its stages, as well as on the participants entering the the proceedings. The participants are granted certain rights and obligations and the goal of this work to list the most important ones.
