Appearance Českokamenického castle during the Thirty Years War in the light of written sources

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obsahuje pět hlavních kapitol, které popisují vývoj a historii České Kamenice. Práce zachycuje majetkové změny, popis panských sídel a jejich funkci v rámci České Kamenice. Důraz je kladen na historický vývoj českokamenického zámku - jeho stavbu, podobu a funkci. Hlavním cílem práce je představit zámek v období třicetileté války, kdy se jeho majitelem stal Vilém Vchynský (Kinský). Kapitola čtyři je proto věnována podobě zámku, jak byl popsán roku 1634 konfiskačními komisaři po chebské exekuci, kde byl již zmiňovaný Vilém Vchynský zavražděn. Poslední, pátá kapitola, představuje situaci na panství po roce 1634. Práce je zakončena koncem třicetileté války, tedy rokem 1648. Při popisu panství v době třicetileté války jsou zmíněny také vpády, průchod a pobyt vojsk městem. Práce vychází z dostupné literatury, ale především z dostupných archivních pramenů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis contains five chapters which describe the evolution and history of the Česká Kamenice. The work captures a property changes, a description of the mansions and their position in the Česká Kamenice. Emphasis is placed on the historical development Česká Kamenice castle - structure, form and function. The main objective is to introduce the castle during the Thirty Years War, when its owner was William Vchynský (Kinski). Chapter four is devoted to the form of the castle, as was described in 1634 following the confiscation Commissioner Cheb execution, which was already mentioned William Vchynský murdered. The last, fifth chapter presents the situation in the estate after the 1634th. The work is finished by the end of the Thirty Years War, a year 1648th. The description of the estate during the Thirty Years War, the invasions are mentioned, the passage and stay of troops through the city. The work is based on available literature, but from the available archival sources.
