The main aim of this bachelors thesis is the analasis of some knowledge and experience with the law number 151/1997 code of laws about property estimate and about alteration of some laws (The properte estimate law), supported with the alterations in the laws number 121/2000, 237/2004, 257/2004 and 296/2007 code of laws and its notices.
