Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá charakteristikou cyklofilinů a konkrétními zástupci, u kterých popisuje jejich funkce a význam v lidském organismu. Dále obsahuje informace o mitochondriích a pojednává o přírodních anízkomolekulárních inhibitorech cyklofilinu D. Hlavním cílem praktické části byla syntéza tří inhibitorů mitochondriálního enzymu cyklofilinu D.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part, this bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of cyclophilins and for specific representatives, it desribes their functions and importance in the human organism. It also contains information about mitochondria and discusses natural and low molecular weight inhibitors of cyclophilin D.
