Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyř až pětičlennou rodinu. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní zasazený do svažitého terénu. První nadzemní podlaží je tvořeno železobetonovou konstrukcí, druhé nadzemní podlaží je navrženo jako dřevěná rámová konstrukce. Zastřešení celé stavby je tvořeno nepochůznou plochou, zelenou střechou. První teoretická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením problematiky staveb obecně, druhá část práce vysvětluje, jak se metodicky dostanu k výběru typu konstrukcí použitých v projektu. V třetí výsledkové části práce je vysvětlený postup návrhu a technický popis objektu, 3D vizualizace celého objektu a tepelně technické posouzení obvodových plášťů stavby. K bakalářské práci je přiložena výkresová dokumentace.

Abstract:

The output of this thesis is a design of a family house of 4 to 5 members. The family house is a two-storey building set in a sloping terrain. The first floor is made of ferroconcrete construction, the second floor is designed as a wooden frame structure. The roofing of the whole building is made of flat green roof. The first part of this thesis deals with a theoretical explanation of the solution in general. The second part explains how to choose the types of construction metodically in the project. The result of the practical part of this thesis explains design process and a technical description of the building, 3D visualization and a calculation of a linear thermal transmittance of the building. Drawing documentation is attached to this bachelor's thesis.
