Cílem této bakalářské práce je vysvětlit možné síťové problémy, které mohou za určitých podmínek vzniknout při používání současného internetového přenosového protokolu TCP, a poté navrhnout, popsat a otestovat možná řešení ve formě protokolů aplikační vrstvy založených na transportním protokolu UDP. The aim of this thesis is to explain possible issues which might arise from using current Internet’s transport protocol TCP under specific network conditions, then to propose, describe and test possible solutions in the form of application layer protocols based on the UDP transport protocol.
