Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je návrh variant střešního konstrukce ploché střechy na objekt administrativní budovy, který byl vytvořen v rámci studia v předmětu ATE_1, 2 a 3. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je snaha přiblížit čtenáři vznik a historii plochých střech s návazností na jejich rozdělení podle typů a materiálových vrstev, které se ve stavebnictví využívají pro ploché střechy. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na tepelnou techniku stavby, která ovlivňuje v praxi i samotné návrhy plochých střech. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotné návrhy ploché střechy na administrativní budovu s návazností na posouzení z hlediska ekonomické stránky, statického posouzení, tepelné techniky, tloušťky konstrukce ploché střechy a posouzení problematického detailu atiky. Na závěr praktické části je provedeno vyhodnocení, které je doplněno o tabulky a grafy pro přehledné srovnání a výběru nejvhodnější varianty.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the designe of variants of the roof construction of a flat roof for an administrative building object, which was created as part of the study subject ATE_1, 2 and 3. In the theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis, an effort is made to introduce the reader to the origin and history of flat roofs with a focus on their classification according to types and materials layers used in contruction for flat roofs. The theoretical part also focuses on building therma technology, which infuences flat roof designs in practice. The practical part is focused on the flat roof designs for administrative building, followed by an assessment from the point of view of economics, static assessment, therma technology, the thickness of the flat roof structure and an assessment of the problematic detail of the attic. At the end of the practical part, an evaluation is made, which is complemented by tables and graphs for clear comparison and selection of the most suitable option.
