Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vytvořením obecné geo-ontologie veřejné správy a samosprávy v České republice následně naplněné konkrétními daty pro Plzeňský kraj. Cílem navrhované geo-ontologie je vytvořit takový model skutečnosti, který plně vystihne existující vazby mezi administrativním členěním státu a územní působností státních institucí a orgánů veřejné správy. Použitelnost výsledného obecného modelu je otestována doplněním jádrové struktury ontologie o reálná data z území Plzeňského kraje.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the creation of a general geo-ontology of public administration and self-government in the Czech Republic, subsequently filled with specific data for the Pilsen region. The aim of the proposed geo-ontology is to create a model of reality that fully captures the existing links between the administrative division of the state and the territorial scope of state institutions and public administration bodies. The applicability of the resulting general model is tested by supplementing the core structure of the ontology with real data from the territory of the Pilsen Region.
