Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řešení konfliktů a stresu na pracovišti. Hlavní záměr je koncentrovaný na zaměstnance v bankovním prostředí obsluhy retailových klientů. V teoretické části je popsána prevence a vznik stresu a konfliktů na pracovišti, co je vyvolává a jak proti nim bojovat. The thesis focuses on the solution of the conflicts and stress at the work space. The main focus is concentrated on the staff providing services to retail clients in the banking environment.
