The principle of chance and mistake in the art and photography space

Abstract:

V současné době se hranice v umění natolik rozšířily, že není jednoduché definovat, co se považuje za "správnou" práci a co patří k tzv. chybě. Momentálně se hranice normy dost pohybují, ale otázka co se považuje za normu a nakolik je sociální vědomí otevřené, je stále aktuální. Pojem chyba v umění není nový a pracovalo s ním již mnoho umělců, tento pojem odkazuje k pojetí slov "náhoda", "čistota", "glitch", spojen s aktuálními moderními vlivy. Chyba jako jev je standardně považovaná za něco špatného a nesprávného, avšak tento pojem není určen pro nějaký konkrétní předmět, a jeho smysl se taky může měnit v závistivosti na kontextu práce. Bakalářská práce má tři části. V první částí definujeme pojmy náhoda, chyba, a taky pojem glitch. Dál budeme analyzovat principy fungovaní těchto pojmu v kontextu vizuálního umění a fotografického umění. Například se dotkneme důležitosti problematiky tzv. "chudého" obrazů. V třetí kapitole popíšeme vlastní principy volby materiálů, charakterizujeme specifikum formy a smyslové vztahy. Cílem této bakalářské práce je objasnění kontextu mé umělecké praxe a popsat prameny inspiraci. Předmětem je instalace praktické části, objektem - náhoda a chyba v jejích uměleckých projevech.

Abstract:

At the present, the borders in art have expanded so much that it is not easy to define what is considered as a "right" work and what is called mistake. At the moment the limits of the norm are moving enough, but the question of what is considered as a norm and the extent to which social consciousness is open is still up to date. The notion of a mistake in art is not new and many artists have been working with it, this term refers to the terms of "coincidence", "purity", "glitch", and it's connected with current modern influences. By default, the mistake as a phenomenon is considered to be something wrong and incorrect, but this term is not intended for any specific subject, and it's meaning also change in envious of the context of work. The bachelor thesis has three parts. In the first part we define the terms coincidence, mistake, and also the term glitch. Next, we will analyze the principles of these concepts in the context of the visual art and photographic art. For example, we will touch on the importance of so-called "poor" images. In the third chapter we describe our own principles of choice of the materials, we characterize the specifics of form and sense relations. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the context of my artistic practice and to describe sources of inspiration. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the installation of the practical part, the object - is the coincidence and the error in its artistic expressions.
