Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek po splatnosti. Cílem této práce je ukázat, jak se s pohledávkami vyrovnávají ve firmě Cake Factory, postupy, které využívají při vymáhání pohledávek po splatnosti a pokusit se navrhnout řešení zkvalitnění vymáhání těchto pohledávek. This work is focused on the issue ensuring and enforcement of claims after the payment. The aim of this work is to show how the company Cake Factory copes with claims, procedures, which they use for enforcement of claims after the payment and try to propose solutions to improve the quality of enforcement these claims.
