Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na reformu veřejných financí ČR. Popisuje vývoj reformy veřejných financí a snaží se vystihnout podstatu daňové reformy. Cílem je charakterizovat dopad reformy veřejných financí na rozpočty územních samospráv.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the reform of public finance of The Czech Republic. It describes the evolution of the reform of public finance and tries to grasp main problematic of the tax reforms. The aim of the thesis is a characterization of impact of the reforms of public finance to local government budgets.
