Nutrition of older children players in HC Kometa Brno
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je shrnutím dosavadních poznatků o sportovní výživě, pohybových aktivitách dětí a metabolismu při pohybové činnosti a jejich následné aplikování ve sportovní praxi. První část je souhrn všech informací o daném tématu a druhá část je praktická, v níž zjišťujeme výživové zvyklosti starších žáků HC Kometa Brno a její slučitelnost se zásadami sportovní výživy.
Abstract:
The thesis compiles the acquired knowledge about sports nutrition, physical activity of children and changes of metabolism while exercising and its consequent application in practice.
