Abstract:

LUKACOVA, Anna: Bankruptcy and restructuring as legal forms of debtor´s insolvency solutions. [Bachelor thesis]. Banking Institute University of Prague, Foreign University Banska Bystrica. Department of Economics, pricing, social sciences and law. Supervisor: JUDr. Radoslav Fedurco. Year of submission: 2013. Pages: 62 . Subject of bachelor thesis “Bankruptcy and restructuring as legal forms of debtor´s insolvency solutions“ is description of problematics of bankruptcy and restructuring in a sense of legal law no. 7/2005 as amended , to achievie solution for debtor's insolvency. First chapter is focused on basic fundamental regulation of Act, instead of this it describes changes that brings amendment of Act no. 348/2011 and in brief it describes institute of debt relief. Second chapter analyze bankruptcy and restricting proceedings. Third chapter differentiates bankruptcy from restructing and use of these institutes in practice .

Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Radoslav Fedurco. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: 62. Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Konkurz a reštrukturalizácia ako právne formy riešenia úpadku dlžníkov” je popis problematiky konkurzu a reštrukturalizácie v zmysle zákona č. 7/2005 Z.z. v platnom znení, ktorých cieľom je riešenie úpadku dlžníka. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na základnú teoretickú úpravu zákona , okrem toho sú v nej opísané zmeny, ktoré priniesla novela zákona č. 348/2011 Z.z. a v stručnosti je charakterizovaný aj inštitút oddlženia. Druhá kapitola analyzuje konkurzné a reštrukturalizačné konanie. Tretia kapitola opisuje rozdiely medzi konkurzom a reštrukturalizáciou a uplatnenie týchto inštitútov v praxi.
