Legal Regulation of Export/Import of Goods, Services and Investments to Russia

Abstract:

The presented thesis deals with the analysis of the commercial relations between European Union and the Russian Federation. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze legal regulations. The whole issue is viewed in the context of European union´s procedure of external relations and agreements between both parts. The reciprocal business relations assesses in terms of legal regulations applicable at the trade in goods, services and investment activities within the Russian Federation and European Union.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou obchodních vztahů Evropské unie a Ruské Federace. Rozbor právní úpravy, která tento vztah zaštiťuje, je stěžejním tématem. Na celou problematiku je pohlíženo v kontextu obecné úpravy vnějších vztahů Evropské unie a dohod mezi oběma stranami. Vzájemné obchodní vztahy posuzuje z pohledu právních regulací uplatňovaných při obchodu se zbožím, službami a při investiční činnosti na území Ruské Federace a Evropské Unie.
