Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením spokojenosti účastníků Svatomartinské plavby 2015 a ná-slednému vyvození závěrů ukazujících, v jakých ohledech poskytuje akce prostor pro změny vedoucí k zvýšení zákaznické spokojenosti. This bachelor thesis focuses on the measurment of Participants' Satisfaction with the Saint Martin Cruise 2015 and on drawing conclusions showing the aspects of the cruise that may offer oppor-tunities for changes leading to increase participants' satisfaction.
