Abstract:
Předkládaná práce se věnuje problematice soudního tlumočení. Teoreticky pojednává o výkonu tlumočnické činnosti. Popisuje jednak formální stránky této profese, jako je jmenování soudním tlumočníkem, ale také nároky na osobnost soudního tlumočníka. V neposlední řadě se věnuje i samotnému výslechu a tlumočení tohoto výslechu pro potřeby policie a soudu.Abstract:
The presented work deals with the issue of court interpreting. This is a very demanding and responsible activity. The presented work theoretically deals with the performance of interpreting activities. It describes both the formal aspects of the profession, such as the appointment of a court interpreter, but also the demands on the personality of a court interpreter.
