The bachelor thesis deals with legislation of lease contract according to the Civil code. The first chapter analyses the general rules of lease contract, which are applicable on each type of lease, except the cases when special norms state different rules. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá úpravou nájomnej zmluvy najmä podľa Občianskeho zákonníka. Prvá kapitola práce rozoberá všeobecné ustanovenia nájomnej zmluvy, ktoré sa aplikujú na všetky typy nájmu, pokiaľ osobitná úprava nestanoví niečo iné.
