Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá veřejným užíváním lesů a legislativnímu zakotvení ve veřejném právu v České republice. Zároveň tato práce má za cíl analyzovat aktuální právní stav a zhodnotit jeho nedostatky a možnosti zlepšení úpravy jednotlivých institutů, včetně rozhodovací praxe správních úřadů a vybrané judikatury soudů.
